Guadalajara in Images

Looking trough my old pictures, I rediscovered some nice images I took during a work trip to Guadalajara, Mexico, back in 2005. I have used a small P&S camera – Canon PowerShot A60 – that was really good at that time, especially in good daylight.

Despite its bad reputation, especially in Europe (drugs, gangs, kidnappings, etc.), Mexico revealed itself as a colorful and nice place inhabited by very kind people. I’ll use this ocasion to express my gratitude to all the nice coleagues I meet there:  Laura, Omar, Karina, Ulises, Aristoteles, Victor, Carlos and others. Thank you, guys!

I left Europe on a cold winter day (December 1st.) and, next day, I discovered Mexico on a wonderfull sunny day at 18 degrees Celsius. What a nice surprise!

By staying for three weeks in Guadalajara, I had some time for wandering trough the city equiped with the small camera I carried with me. Enjoy the pictures and don’t ever hesitate to visit Guadalajara if you’ll have the opportunity!

    • Thx Laura! Guadalajara is really a beautiful place and I’m very happy because I had the chance to visit it. I hope to visit Mexico again! I also miss those tasty tacos I’ve eat on Avenida Chapultepec. (Thank you Omar!) 🙂
