Vintage German Clinometer

Today I decided to take a tour at the flea market. One thing that captured my attention was an old-looking,  small, all-metal device that I cannot figure what it was. Because it was relatively cheap, I decided to buy it without knowing what it really is.

When I was back home I searched the Internet for the inscriptions engraved on the device (JDEM Wedel H/6400) and I found out that it is a pre-W.W.II German Clinometer (http://www.germanmilitaria.com/Heer/photos/H046859.html). Lucky me!

As this kind of clinometer was part of the M35 map dispatch case (which has a front pocket for it), it hasn’t it’s own protective case. So I’ll try to make one for it, out of leather. Here it is:

  1. Salutare. Cat a costat in targ? (ca sa imi fac o idee cam cat ar costa asa ceva acum……)

    • Nu are nici o relevanta cat a costat in targ!

    • Da, are un vizor optic.
